St. Mary’s Center, a non-denominational agency, serves over 150 adults and teens with intellectual disabilities from the Louisville Metro area. We are in our 21st year of providing vocational, functional, academic and socialization training. In addition, we teach lifetime leisure skills and a vast array of sports activities. These person-centered programs and services enable our participants to become more independent and fully functioning members of our community.
It is heartwarming to see our students' smiles after they’ve reached a goal, or watch them celebrate not only personal victories but those of long time friends. It’s gratifying to see their determination and grit to strive to
be the best person they can be.
St. Mary’s Center is not affiliated with any religious agency. To maintain our high standard of quality, the Center relies strictly on the generosity of the community, donations and the support of fundraisers.
Participants are never turned away because of an inability to pay. We accept participants on Medicaid waivers including SCL (Supports for Community Living) program and Michelle P wavier. Private pay is also accepted.
If you would like to tour our facility, please call us at 502- 254-7298. We are currently located at 14207 Aiken Road, Louisville, KY 40245. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 43443, Louisville, KY 40253.
